Typically, an insurance carrier will take a few weeks, generally around 4-8 weeks depending on the carrier to make a decision after running a medical background check. They will either approve, approve with condition(s), or deny the application. Once the application is approved and issued, the advisor will review the coverage(s) on it once again with you. Once reviewed, an advisor acknowledgment agreement will be created that details the advisor's services and responsibilities. Once this agreement has been completed, signed, and returned, your personalized insurance policy can begin.
